Located in Central California, Round Mountain Mini Highlands combines decades of livestock and equine breeding experience with a deep passion for raising premium miniature Highland cattle. What began as a love for traditional ranching and reined cow horse training has evolved into a mission to produce exceptional Mini Highlands known for their superior genetics, gentle temperament, and outstanding care.
Each calf is the result of thoughtful planning, utilizing advanced embryo transfer techniques and respected bloodlines to ensure a healthy start. All of our calves are dam-raised and weaned at four months using a gentle, fence-line method that minimizes stress and supports natural development.
At Round Mountain Mini Highlands, we prioritize quality over quantity—producing a select number of genetically sound calves each year for loving homes that appreciate the beauty, personality, and joy these remarkable cattle bring.
